Another Guam Public School System employee has been arrested for allegedly possessing drugs. Guam Police Department Sergeant Joe Carbullido tells KUAM News that an officer pulled over 36-year-old Vincent John Quitugua of Piti early this morning near the One-Stop Career Center in Anigua for an alleged traffic violation.After further investigation, police discovered "ice" and marijuana in Quitugua's vehicle. Carbullido says Quitugua told police he is a teacher at John F. Kennedy High School.
