Although the action/adventure film "Max Havoc: Curse of The Dragon" has yet to hit theatres or video stores, on Guam it appears the saga is continuing. The film's producer, John Liang, alleges the Guam Visitors Bureau still owes more than $100,000 for a commercial featuring Carmen Electra.

Governor's spokesperson Tony Lamorena, who was general manager at GVB at the time of the movie's filming, says he has no idea what the picture's producer is talking about. "The only negotiations that GVB made with the production company is to do one thirty-second commercial," said Lamorena. "I've asked Mr. Liang to come out and say who he spoke with that put us in the position that we owe over a $100,000."

Lamorena contends the commercial featuring Electra was only supposed to have cost $24,000, which GVB had already paid.
