5pm Monday was the deadline for Decision 2004 General Election candidates to turn in their financial disclosure forms. The paperwork provides the Guam Election Commission information about who contributed to candidates campaign, how much was donated, and how the money was spent.

According to GEC executive director Gerry Taitano, the following candidates did not make yesterday's deadline:

  • Mangilao mayoral candidate Nito Blas

  • Ordot-Chalan Pago mayoral candidate Vicente Aguon

  • Talofofo mayoral candidate Vicente Bernardo

  • Agat vice-mayoral candidate Jesus Chaco

  • Agat vice-mayoral candidate Joaquin Topasna

  • Santa Rita mayoral candidate Joseph Wesley

  • Senatorial candidate Dr. Jerone Landstrom

  • Senatorial candidate Dr. Noel Silan

Not filing a financial disclosure form by the deadline can result in a misdemeanor charge, should the Office of the Guam Attorney General choose to pursue it.
