Guam - Power issues will be the focus of this afternoon's Consolidated Commission on Utilities board meeting. Among the items up for discussion is the authorization to reprogram excess bond funds to support a transmission line study. The review would determine whether there is a need to implement more transmission line projects utilizing the Integrated Resource Plan for alternative/renewable energy.
