After bringing you the story of a 900-pound man seeking help to lose weight, it seems his guardian angel has answered his cries for help. One local resident - who wishes to remain anonymous - has informed Ricky Naputi and his family he is willing to pay for Ricky's airfare to the Philippines, where he will have his gastro-bypass surgery done completely free of charge.
