The Port Authority of Guam, along with the Maritime Administration, held a pre-proposal conference this week as they seeks to award a contract to bring on board a program management team that will be tasked with spearheading the agency's modernization plan.  The contract ceiling is valued at $400 million. 

 

There were more than 23 attendees at the pre-proposal conference. The deadline to submit a proposal is January 27.
