U.S. District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood has issued a new order in the Ordot consent decree case, this time moving back next week's quarterly status hearing by a day. Instead the hearing will be held on January 14.
Likewise the chief judge reiterated her previous orders requiring the governor, speaker of the Guam Legislature and Public Works director Larry Perez be in attendance as well as appropriate representatives from Guam and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
