Fiscal Year 2009 highway funds are being tapped to pay for the repair and maintenance of the Hal's Angels Football Field. The area has gone to ruin with overgrown grass and facilities that have withered a way from a lack of maintenance. Bill 388 would appropriate $100,000 to clean the mess up.
