Help cleanup the south with KUAM!

Published Jan 9, 2009
The stations of KUAM invite you to Think Green and volunteer to sweep clean our southern tip on Saturday, January 17 beginning at 8 o'clock in the morning. You're asked to meet at Inn On the Bay in Agat by 7, where we'll begin to clean and pick up trash and work our way to Nimitz Beach in Agat.

"We're having our first think green event this Saturday, January 17," said station coordinator Betty-Ann Guerrero.  "Showtime is at 7AM and we're meeting at Inn on the Bay in Agat and we'll work our way down to Nimitz Beach in Agat. The public is invited, but we ask that they bring gloves and refreshments will be provided."
