Bordallo still meeting with LaHood

The island's needs relating to the military buildup will be the focus of discussions tomorrow when Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo meets with Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood. Over the weekend the Government Accountability Office issued a report on the financing of off-base projects for the military buildup.

Bordallo is expected to discuss federal support for the Port Authority of Guam's modernization efforts, continued roadway improvements, and the deployment of next-generation aviation technology at the Guam International Airport Authority.
